Health Center - A Leader in Community Healthcare
Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center is a federally qualified community health center established in 1968 in a collaboration between the community and Yale School of Medicine. The first community health center in Connecticut, the Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center has a long history of serving New Haven neighborhoods, which are among the most disadvantaged in the State. Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center also provides health care services to those from the City of West Haven and towns in the Lower Naugatuck Valley, Ansonia, Derby, Seymour, Shelton, Naugatuck and Oxford.
Our main care site offers multiple healthcare services all under one roof. From primary care for both adults and children to dental to specialized services such as cardiology and ophthalmology, we can meet all of your healthcare needs in one place. For added convenience, we also have an on-site laboratory as well as a pharmacy, a walk-in urgent care center and an education and prevention department.
